Right of Withdrawal
3.1. Until the Order is Placed
Until the order is placed, the customer can modify the selection of products at any time by changing the quantity of products in the shopping cart, deleting individual products, or canceling the ordering process entirely. By clicking the "Proceed to Checkout" button, the ordering process will continue. The following right of withdrawal information applies exclusively to consumers. Entrepreneurs do not have a right of withdrawal.
3.2. Right of Withdrawal Information
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Ging IT GmbH, Tarviserstraße 18, 9020 Klagenfurt, Austria; Email: office@ging-it.com, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
3.3. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. If the goods are returned freight collect, we are entitled to withhold an appropriate amount or charge you accordingly.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
3.4. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
You do not have a right of withdrawal for contracts concerning:
- Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- Goods that are sealed and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.
3.5. General Information
Please note that the following information is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal:
Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging components, if possible. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage. The loss, wear, damage, or contamination of the packaging may trigger a liability for diminished value, to the extent that it is related to a handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
